Last updated: April 5, 2026

IMPORTANT: By installing or using GetPCFixed, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

1. Grant of License

GetPCFixed grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the GetPCFixed software ("Software") on computers that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is free of charge for personal use. You may install GetPCFixed on your own personal computers. You may not install or deploy GetPCFixed on computers belonging to others without their knowledge and consent.

2. Ownership

GetPCFixed and all copies thereof are proprietary to GetPCFixed and title thereto remains with GetPCFixed. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to GetPCFixed. The Software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties.

This license is not a sale. You do not own the Software — you own a license to use it under the terms described here.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

4. Permitted Uses

You may:

5. Updates and Upgrades

GetPCFixed may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatic or require your action. This EULA applies to all updates and upgrades unless a separate license is provided with the update. We reserve the right to change features, add features, or discontinue features at any time.

6. AI-Powered Features

GetPCFixed uses artificial intelligence to assist with PC diagnosis and repair suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

7. Data and Privacy

GetPCFixed collects system diagnostic data necessary to provide its service. This includes CPU usage, RAM usage, disk health, startup program lists, and similar system metrics. This data is used only to generate diagnoses and is not sold to third parties. For full details see our Terms of Service.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GETPCFIXED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GetPCFixed does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GETPCFIXED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, HARDWARE DAMAGE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF GETPCFIXED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Plain English version: We built GetPCFixed to help, not harm. But computers are complex. We are not responsible for hardware failures, data loss, or pre-existing damage that surfaces during use. Back up your data before using any repair tool — including ours.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. GetPCFixed may also terminate this license at any time for any reason. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid features.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service available at getpcfixed.com/terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GetPCFixed regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
